Facilities: The brewing/taproom is located in the heart of downtown which is surrounded by both retail food establishments and neighborhoods in walking distance. The building is approximately 2,500 square feet divided into several areas. Approximately 1,000 sq. ft. consists of a brewhouse, walk-in and fermentation room/area. Approximately 1,500 sq ft is tasting room space. Each taproom has its own distinctive style, a pub-like taproom and a beer hall-style taproom each able to accommodate approximately 40 guest each. Guests describe the spaces as relaxed and comfortable. The pub taproom has an eight-tap tower serving from the cellar while the beer hall has twelve taps served directly from the walk-in. The spaces have ample bar space, high top tables, six- and eight-foot picnic tables, and barrel tabletops with stools. The production facility has an oversized brew set up that can produce up to 5 barrels in one turn. 2, 3 and 4, barrels are also able to be brewed for smaller batches. Fermentation capacity includes six 5-barrel uni-tanks, three 2-barrel fermenters, one 2-barrel uni-tank and one 2-barrel brite tank. The premises also includes a small cellar used for refrigeration, barrel aging and serving in the smaller tap room. Other brewing includes a grain mill, on demand hot liquor tank, heat exchanger, glycol systems, smaller refrigerator, a walk-in refrigerator, etc.
