Steadily building a reputation for quality workmanship and engraving personalized designs deeply into natural stone and rock. We have since expanded our capabilities to include CNC wood carving, Laser Engraving, and 3D Printing. Coming from a mechanical / electrical background, each equipment purchase was extensively researched to ensure that it would be a good fit for our current operation as well as for future growth potential.

With our unwavering attention to detail and personalized customer service, we've earned hundreds of 5-Star reviews through our Google Business Profile and our Etsy shop and have fulfilled many thousands of orders over the years. With our large customer base, we continuously receive orders from repeat customers.

If you are a creative person, the sky's the limit. This business is ready to be taken to the next level. We've worked the clock around for 12 years laying all of the ground work, building a customer base, and making sound equipment purchases for future growth.

Currently this is a home based business, but was ready for a larger property or commercial space years ago. In the past few months, we've had to removed some product offerings from our site due to not being able to hire employees (as we are home based) to help with the work-load.

With a great deal of thought and discussion, we've had to make a hard decision that certain family obligations must take precedence over the business we've built. Because this obligation will relocate us out of the country, it will not be feasible for us to bring our established business abroad.

Competition
For stone engraving, the main edge we've always had over our competitors, is taking the time necessary to engrave a personalized design deeply into the rock or stone. Because this deep engraving is clearly evident in our example photos, it has allowed us to charge higher prices than our competitors, for similar items. If a competitor only "etches" the stone surface, then the engraving will not hold up over the years. Our stones are engraved to last a lifetime. We recently changed our url for better business alignment and it is now trending upwards.
Growth & Expansion
We have had steady growth for 10+ years, which I can show in P&L statements as well as tax returns. Sales dipped in the past couple months due to the Presidential Election uncertainty as well as our recent decision to remove some of the more labor intensive products from our site (stepping stones and ledge stones). We've used this small break to shift our focus onto wood carved / engraved products which has been our goal for several years now. Being just two people and unable to hire employees with a home based business has somewhat limited our potential
Support & Training
With an extensive electro / mechanical background, we've still relied heavily on the vast resources of YouTube. Our Laser, Axiom CNC and 3D Printer have very low hours since we've only recently began adding products produced by them. Good stone engraving techniques come with experience, and we're happy to share what we've learned over the years with the buyer.
