The property is heated with natural gas and water is supplied through a well without any restrictions. The greenhouses are watered by a 10,000 gallon per day reverse osmosis system feeding three 500 gallon reservoirs, one per greenhouse. Each greenhouse has approximately 110 1000W HID fully automated lights.
