- Includes 1 Prep Fridge, 2 Freezers, Ice Chest, Oven, Hand Sink, Microwave, Mixer, Air Conditioning and Exhaust Hood
- Electrical and water capacity to handle espresso machine
- Onan Cummins 12kW diesel generator built into truck for sleek appearance / low noise

WAFFLE CAKES TRAILER:
- Custom built compact trailer, great for smaller events or used for additional serving capacity for high volume events
- 2500lbs, easy towing capability
- High impact, eye-catching trailer wrap
- Equipped with 1 Authentic Liege Belgian Waffle Iron, Ability to handle 1 additional smaller waffle iron
- Includes 1 Prep Fridge, 1 Small Freezer, Hand Washing Sink, Clean / Grey Water Tanks
- Onan Quiet Series 4500W gas generator built into back of unit for sleek appearance and low noise

WAFFLE BAR DROF OFF CATERING:
- Drop-off waffle bar catering maximizes sales potential with year-round catering options and expands service reach when truck or trailer are booked at events.
- Currently priced between $7.50-$8.50/serving plus delivery & setup fees
- High Profitability - 55-60% profit per serving (includes food, supply, and labor costs)
- Extension of food truck business
- Profitable catering service for parties, corporate events, graduations, weddings, etc.
- Self-service catering with low staffing overhead

PROFITABILITY:
- Current $9.50-$10/serving price point allows for a minimum of 55-60% profit per serving above food and labor costs
