Exterior facilities maintenance company established over 25 years in North and South Florida. Services include high-rise window cleaning, glass replacement, leak repair, caulking, power washing services, putting up hurricane shutters, etc. Approximately 75 accounts including institutional accounts such a hospital and a university for example. Can be hands on Owner/Operated as is or grown with expansion of accounts and employees. Currently has two (2) partners and one has relocated out of State. The operating Partner is willing to stay through the transition and possible employment thereafter in South Florida.
