Over the past three years, production and sales have grown by over 3,000 tons per year, averaging 44,476 tons annually. The North Gravel Pit operation currently offers 14 different products ranging from state spec. road base to various gravels, sand, crushed products, larger rocks, and boulders. Road access to the pit is excellent with State Route 118 just 1 mile from the pit down a well-maintained gravel road. The pit is just 2.75 miles from main street Richfield and 4 miles from I70 providing paved access throughout Sevier County as well as Central Utah. At current levels, conservative numbers have the pit at over 4,260,000 tons of material remaining, with just over 1,160,000 mined over the past 30+ years.
