This location has been under the same ownership for 12 years. It was built as 7-11 store new 12 years ago. This location has not been a 7-11 for the last two years. This is a great location that does very well. It's spotless clean and has great potential to grow the business. It has a new fried chicken food program that is doing very well. The credit card fees are paid by the jobber on inside and outside sales. A fuel deposit of $40,000.00 is required. There is a 3-cent commission paid on fuel sales. The average fuel sales are around 65,000 gallons per month. The average inside store sales is around $68,635.00 per month. The lottery sales average $32,467.00 per month. The NEW food program is currently doing monthly sales around $7,500.00 and could definitely be improved with more breakfast items.
