HOLD TIGHT! NUMBERS WILL BE REVISED AFTER 2024 FINANCIALS ARE READY.

Hawaiian Classic Perfumes, started in 1976, and established as an S Corporation in 1995, is a well know producer of Perfumes and Personal Care products, distributed throughout the Hawaiian Islands. The Company's portfolio features a broad assortment of Perfumes, Lotions, Bath Gels and Soaps-- as well as the miraculous Moisturizer, Monoï of Maui— and our latest hit, the amazing Top Tier Reviewed : Maui Surfer Honey SPF 30 Sunscreen.

Highlights include:
* Established brand reputation: operating in Hawaii since 1980
* Consistently profitable with high mark-ups across the board for all products
* Financially strong: Debt Free with a rock solid Balance Sheet.
* Established in e-commerce since 1996
* All this is in spite of negligeable presence on Social Media, and virtually no sales force for the last five years. With a little push by a motivated new owner, this "sleeping giant" can really move forward.

We may "spin off" the Maui Surfer Honey Sunscreen Brand and the Monoï of Maui Brand as separate entities. Each one of these can be a great Business by itself.

Facilities
Office is in a prime on-street location in a small town on Maui's North Shore. High ceilings make for a spacious feeling. Parking is easy with a large parking lot and ample street parking as well. The building was formerly a pineapple cannery, converted years ago to many workshop spaces, some evolving into retail spaces. Rent is reasonable for Maui. We're on good terms with the landlord, and our business has been a good fit here since August of 2009. We have plenty of storage cabinets and lots of steel shelving and file cabinets, You'll need 500 more SqFt
Competition
We have no real competition, as our products are completely unique in the state of Hawaii. Check out our retail website: www.mauirain.com — You'll find some special products. Please take note that our Website is not the fanciest around, and has much room for easy improvement. Some social marketing will reap great rewards. Please Google "Maui Surfer Honey SPF 30"— and note the astronomically high prices for it on Amazon, and Etsy, and Walmart.com. Note also that it received Number One ratings from both TRAVEL & LEISURE and from InStyle.com
Growth & Expansion
Honestly, we have not pushed the marketing for years, as we make more than enough money for our situation. To save our sanity (in our seventies), we cut back on travel, and cut back on employees (and income) as well. A little relaxation has been good as we are not spring chickens anymore. For the new owners, expansion will be easy if you have "fire in the belly". You'll need to devote a lot of time and concentration at the start and then move forward with reasonably paid competent employees. This worked well for us when I had the "fire in the belly".
Financing
Like buying a house: Down payment + a bank loan for the balance.
Support & Training
This is not a business which will run itself. Great opportunity is fulfilled with great efforts on your part. There is a lot to learn and the devil is in the details. If you achieve the economy of scale you will find success. I can stay with you for at least 6 months to a year-- I know this business "inside out" and can teach you what you need to know.
Reason for Selling
Generational change.
