Company history / background
Beautiful and very good performing international restaurant and cocktail bar on the Island of Bonaire, located directly at sea with a large terrace of approximately 120 seats and another 60 seats in the cocktail bar. The restaurant was established in 1993 and is connected to a world-famous dive resort. In 2020 the company underwent a complete metamorphosis with a new modern interior and upgrade of almost all assets. Since then, the company has seen a significant improvement of its results. The restaurant has a very good reputation on the island but also far beyond. There are many ‘walk-in’-, as well as regular returning guests. The current owners have been running the business since 2005 and are selling the business for private reasons.

Activities of the company
The company is a full-service organization that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner for resort guests, but also for other visitors to the island and many local residents. The chefs of the restaurant have a passion for food and serve an international menu with many fresh (fish) ingredients and a link to the local cuisine of the Caribbean. In addition, the restaurant has a Pizza Station, organizes weekly Bar-B-Q nights and once a week live music. In the cocktail bar guests can enjoy a delicious cocktail snacks, while watching the sunset and the beautiful tropical fish in the crystal-clear water.

The restaurant is known locally as "The place with a view to die for". Dining at sunset, attracts many customers and there are only a few other restaurants on the island that can live up to this. The location on the resort provides a steady influx and turnover by resort guests. The company has an excellent relationship with the resort and an advantageous and solid long-term lease. The cuisine is accessible to many tastes, yet varied and with a culinary twist. The quality is good and the owners create a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
