entrance on their patio. Seats 20 inside & Patio seats 16. Can expand by offering delivery service. They also offer catering for anything with in their menu. Easy Breakfast and Lunch menu. Great days and hours of operation. The menu is easy. Salads – Sandwiches & Wraps with a full Breakfast menu. The Lease includes ALL utilities, except the phone. The profit is excellent considering they are open only 7 hours per day/4 days per week and 6hours on Friday. Could stay open later for greater profit margins some people don’t take their lunches until 2pm and not leave the complex until 7pm.
