Single family residential property management firm is divesting its Pittsburgh-area property portfolio. Currently 176 doors, located throughout the Pittsburgh metro area. Properties are currently managed by two licensed PMs, both W-2 employees of seller, and available for hire by the buyer.

Seller looking to sell contracts – no office leases or other overhead to take over, other than employees, if desired. Perfect for an existing operator in the Pittsburgh market to expand their current portfolio, or a new business opportunity to step into with diverse, consistent recurring revenue and existing management resources. Seller currently uses Property Ware PM software platform.

In addition to management fees, opportunity for additional revenue includes maintenance fees, leasing and renewal fees and fees for other ancillary services.
