An emphasis on supporting its distribution partners with a private label service and business development supports cements the Company as an essential step of the supply chain for its customers. The Company features ideal locations to facilitate distribution and speed of service. Furthermore, nimble operations, supported by a lean and experienced employee base, allow the Company to shift with changing industry dynamics.

Banner fosters an entrepreneurial spirit and features several opportunities for growth within its current operating model. Its numerous global supply chain relationships provide the Company with access to a wide range of products, which it can implement into its product mix at any time and potentially boost sales to its customers. Ownership is passively involved. All day-to-day decision-making and operations are performed by key managers.
