Profitable Pediatric Therapy

The practice provides applied behavior analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy in South Florida (Miami-Dade and Broward counties). In 2023, ABA was about 75% of total income and the rest OT, PT, ST. The Company offers services to children diagnosed with the autism spectrum disorder, speech delay, cerebral palsy, ADD, ADHD, developmental delay, learning difficulties, motor and sensory disorders, physical disabilities, among others. Services are provided at its outpatient pediatric therapy clinic or in the child's natural environment (school or in-home). Most of its patients receive therapy in-clinic.
The Owners want to retire. The Transaction consists of the sale of 100% of the business of the Company in cash. The Company does not have any bank debt. The Company has 1 location owned by the owners and should be leased or acquired by the buyer. Owners opened to sell the real estate as well.
