We are a national solar firm who is divesting one of our Arizona projects.

This is a solar carport installation located at a private school with multiple years of stable revenue. There are 13 years remaining on the agreement with the school, at which time the school can extend the agreement or pay a buyout fee.

Operation costs are minimal and there is a manufacturers warranty on the solar panels which exceeds the lease term.

Forecast 2024 revenue is $80,000 and there is a 1% annual escalator in the customer agreement.
