Only espresso bar in town, we roast for multiple coffee shops/stores in the area. Check out our reviews on Google and elsewhere. We are featured in 2 TV shows, on the cover of Kansas travel magazine, featured in Kansas Magazine Sip and Savor. Also, we were featured in a NBC KSN-news Wichita tv spot. If you were to keep the repair shop open (highplainsmoto.com) You would also be very very busy. Only motorcycle/ATV repair shop with a good reputation with in 175miles. With many small towns within that radius currently serving.
Growth & Expansion
if the kitchen were re-opened, you would be very busy!! Also you would need more help, ideally you need about 4 people to run the operation at its full potential, maybe 5. When our kitchen was open and we had our liquor license, our Friday nights were NUTS! always packed full and usually sold out of whatever special we offered. Potential for the kitchen is endless. Lets not forget live music nights!! If you chose to rent the apartment as an AirBnB - you would have success there too, There is only one motel in town. All AirBnbs, etc, are always busy.
