We have a bar/restaurant occupancy of 175. Approximately, 60% of the space is customer and kitchen and 40% is devoted to cider production. We have many tanks for fermentation and carbonation, including a cross-flow filter, a keg washer, a Twin Monkey Cimarron canning line and huge walk-in cooler for cider. Competition
We were one of the first cideries to open in Colorado and have a loyal and large existing customer base. We are a gluten-free alternative in sea of incredible, local breweries. Tourists and locals flock to our local alcoholic beverage scene, especially downtown.
Growth & Expansion
The possibilities are endless. The cidery could be substantially expanded to allow growth into more Colorado locations and out of state. The canning line can be expanded to more than double production in a single run. The bar restaurant hours and days could be increased. Live Music could be increased. The space is ready for anything.
