NBTX 2nd Fastest Growing City in the USA
$240K total for "Everything". 100% absentee owner, you can buy this business and never lift a finger. Manager in place for over seven years, highly recommend you incentivize her to stay.
Gruene Concerts, Schliterbahn, Comal River, Guadalupe River, Wurstfest, Wassail Fest, NBTX even has a Renfest... it's really is fun to own a liquor store in the heart of NBTX a few city blocks from Historic Gruene. Especially, as a 100% absentee owner. The challenge is that there's really not much profit for an absentee owner.
Annual Revenue ~$480k subtract COGS $333k so margin 28% and GP is $147k. Rent is $48k, Wages $60k, CC fees $12k, Utilities $3k, Insurance $3k. Net profit approximately $24k. there are always misc expenses cleaning supplies, light bulbs, repairs etc. All the profits are made in June, July, August, the rest of the year is a break even at best.
An Owner/Operator would keep some % of the $60k in wages, but again would advise against attempting to manage this store without all of the experience and insight of our current manager.
There's a large screen TV that plays fun custom videos, there's a big speaker that jams music, we sell Socks, Oven Mitts, dish towels, dominos, poker chips, dice, Cigars. It's NBTX!
We have a bottle of Azul at over $2k, lots of allocated bourbon several over $1k.

Will hold out for list price until August, in August will sell to the highest bidder. So, don't bother with low bids till end of summer. It will probably take you a few months to get the Liquor License, it will also take some time to get approved to lease the space.
Step 1 offer list price
Step 2 apply for lease (Typically 5yrs at $4k a month) Lowe Commercial Group
Step 3 apply for license
All the money is made in the Summer, so best to get it closed by May.
