Sales for 2023 were $549,285 with SDE of $163,463.

However, sales in just the first half of 2024, amount to $702,000, with an additional $185,000 in July 2024; that’s an average of about $127k per month. They also brought on seven new clients in the first seven months of the year and anticipate more being added soon, resulting in an even more diversified customer base.

Training and Transition. The founding owners will be willing to stay on in an advisory capacity for an extended time to ensure that the transition to new ownership is efficient and effective and to present to the clientele and prospective clients a seamless continuation of excellent service.

The Transaction. Offered for sale is the entire business operation with all business assets, tangible and intangible, free of any liens, encumbrances, or liabilities, including but not limited to trade name(s), websites and domain names, customer, vendor, and contractor relationships, intellectual property, etc., except for accounts receivable and cash-on-hand which will be retained by the seller. The seller will be responsible for all accounts payable through the date of Closing. The asking price is $1,995,000. All reasonable offers and terms will be considered.
