When we embarked on this business journey, we lacked substantial experience in managing a restaurant or bar. To guide us, we enlisted a restaurant consultant who assisted with everything from kitchen layout to crafting the menu and recipes. As we evolved, we frequently updated our menu to focus on popular items while phasing out those that didn't perform as well. We firmly believe that there is always room for improvement and that bringing in someone with more experience could elevate our establishment to new heights.
