Competition
Las Vegas is the #2 camper van rental market in the USA. Our competition focuses on larger RVs (Class A and Class B "Meet the Fockers" style motor coaches) and/or covers their rental vans with advertisements. We have a niche market focusing on easy-to-drive, unmarked small cargo vans kitted out as camper vans. The vehicles are about the size of a mini-van. This makes cleaning easy and all of our customers are thankful for how easy they are to drive and how they aren't paying to be billboards on wheels like other rental companies.
Growth & Expansion
Copy the exact business model I've created and open storage facilities with rentals near the airports that serve every national park. I've identified the next 3 markets I'd open up to and will be happy to share with the buyer. Additionally, for Las Vegas, offering an off-road rental option would fulfill another customer's desire. Therefore expanding vehicle class to Jeeps or 4-Runners with pop-up tents on the roof would also do quite well.
