We operate in a freestanding building with a dining room for ~24 people and a drive-thru. We have a new lease available to us that can begin in Feb 2025. With the sale comes all our restaurant equipment including drive-thru system, fryers, grill, coolers, chest freezer (most of our food is fresh), steam tables, storage, ice machine, and all the hardware and utensils. This also includes all the branding rights.
Competition
We stand out in the restaurant business as one of the few with a wide variety of hot dogs, burgers, and chicken sandwiches. Our variety has netted us multiple awards over time for "Best Burgers", "Best Hot Dogs" and "Best Fries" in the Cleveland area. We've survived the ups and downs of the economy and restaurant lifecycles by running a focused and efficient business.
Growth & Expansion
