Home Staging Company - Absentee Owner

The owner of this twenty-year-old staging company is a realtor who started the business to service her own real estate clients. She’s run it as an absentee business with three part-time employees and uses a small trucking company to transport the furniture. During the training period, the owner will introduce the buyer to her realtor clients and provide consulting on all aspects of the business – proposals and contracts, transporting the furniture, staging set up and billing. After over twenty years, the owner has decided to put the business on the market in order to simplify her life and spend more time with family.
