Firewood business operating since 2015 and is the highest reviewed & rated firewood business in Seattle. I’m looking for an established tree company or land clearing company to take this business to a whole new level. It has operated as a one-man show for its entire life and has been a great little money-maker.

I bought the business in 2021 from the original owner. But since the landscaping side of our business has grown a ton in the last 2 years, I just haven’t been able to keep up with demand. Priced to sell because I have another growing, successful business to focus on. I don’t want to deal with the details of this business anymore.

Anyone who just wants mailbox money or passive income. This is hard work.
Anyone “just starting out” without a truck or wood splitter. You need a big truck to make deliveries.
Anyone who doesn’t have land to store 10-20 cords of wood on. Land to reload your truck from is huge.
Anyone who can’t come with the asking price up front. If you don’t have the cash to close, you won’t make it far in this business.
