- Lots of growth potential! Owner refuses a lot of condos, additions for homes, etc because she does not have the time or the capital

- Business comes with 2 employees (husband and wife will be leaving):

Receptionist: sales, permits, emails, appointments, etc

Laborer: Does demo, finish, drywall, repairs

Subcontractors: 10 total (plumbing, electrical, mechanical, other)
