Funbox (South Orange County & Riverside Franchise)

We run a family-friendly bounce park known as Funbox. We are the worl'ds largest bounce park, with over 25,000 sq. feet of bounce park and obstacle course. We operate for roughly half the year in two to three 8-12 week campaigns. We setup up our park typically in a mall parking lot and operate when kids are out of school, ie weekends, long holiday weekends, and some days during summer. We are a very exciting experience that brings families together for a fun-filled 90 minute bounce session. Our park is designed for all ages, and we encourage parents and children to play together to help strengthen their bonds.
Here's an explanation of the potential to expand this business. We currently have an established relationship with the city of Temecula, where we recently netted about $100k. We were rained out for almost half of our campaign, so a lot of money was left on the table. We will be operating in late spring into early summer at the Temecula Promenade Mall in 2025. Returning here should net over $200k next year based on prior sales and goodwill in this market. Beyond that, we are franchise owners for South Orange County and all of Riverside County. Riverside is a massive county with many opportunities to establish a new pop-up campaign. The city of Riverside itself or even Palm Springs during the fall or winter would be great locations. With the addition of Orange County, Funbox can operate 3x a year and bring in a huge profit, given a good location is picked out. Corporate has tools/software and the knowledge to help us decide the best location. My best-educated guess is with the proper planning and execution, this franchise can net over $300k per year.
