In most cases they work directly with the individual property managers specific to each location. Most Senior Property Managers have a portfolio of properties under their management.
Real Estate:
· The Company operates from a 363 square-foot office space within ownership’s personal residence and a 450 square-foot storage unit which is leased month-to-month from an unrelated third party. The storage unit lease is assumable by new ownership.
Shareholder Objectives:
