Stores include a children’s salon and spa, party area, and retail area with pink ear-piercing throne. All areas of the store work together to increase both ticket price and annual customer spend.

We are heavily discounting the price of this store for two reasons:
1. This location shut down 3 weeks ago. It “should” have been one of our best performing stores as demographics and location are strong, but was our worst performing store. We strongly beleive that it underperformed because the owner lived over an hour away and was absentee due to family issues. This new location never took off and we are now selling it at an 80% discount to the right person (lives close by, willing to be involved in the community, will be involved in store and not absentee, has business experience).

2. The landlord is re-leasing the space and the franchise company has no desire to profit from this transition. We are selling it for the $40,000 franchisee fee, plus another $40,000 that you will spend on inventory, missing items, deposits, etc (this money doesn’t go to us, but is for you to spend to make store great like other Sweet & Sassy locations).

This is a “SWEET” deal for someone who will be an owner-operator, involved in the community, and has business experience (the last franchisee had none of these 3 things and misrepresented).

The negatives about this store are: store never took off, you aren’t really buying a business, but rather a franchise that is fully built-out with furniture and fixtures. What is normally a $450,000+ purchase is now around $60k-$80k.

The positives about this store are: beautiful new store, looks and feels new, great location on Camp Bowie near other great stores, strong demographics. Other locations with similar demographics are doing $420k-$1.1MM in sales. This store needs a strong owner that can lead staff and create a magical experience for guests.
