Great Mostly Dense residential Area!
I have a great area for sale. It is 80-85% residential and growing. New subdivisions going up all over the CSA. These are mostly dense routes very little rural area. We are currently not running the entire CSA due to some issues out of my control. I will be more than glad to explain it to you. We have done good at getting it back going in the right direction from the previous owners but it does still need some work. Trucks are in Fair condition. Could use several better trucks. When the whole CSA is being ran it takes about 18-19 Trucks maybe 20 on a heavy day. We currently run 14-15 on what we are running. I don't have the cash to inject to make it better right now. I have some really good employees that I have hired to replace most all of the previous owners as that was part of the problem. I also have some health issues that are getting worse so I really need to step away and take care of that. I really don't won't to sell because I have already put so much hard work into this business to make it better but it has took its toll on me. I have been in this business for 15 years. I was out for a couple years and just got back in it and it is really hard on me health wise now.
This is a $1.924 million Pcat with the whole CSA. It really is a good area it just needs someone with funding to finish getting it back to where it needs to be. I did right at $500,000 in the last 3 months of the year with just the part of the CSA and that's without having hardly any Surge pay from peak because my threshold was set for the whole CSA.
