Competition
Really good. A big portion of our business is grocery stores and big box store. We have just got in with two more massive corporations and next year is shaping up to be better than this year. We are a smaller operation ( less to maintain) but our labor rates are the best in the market. We run a lean.
Growth & Expansion
Cons: We are not much to look at. We are not flashy. This has hurt us in terms of getting people to take us serious. This is changing though as we continue to do good work. The pick up of these two new customers show this. Pros: We are smaller and leaner. Easy to manage. We have more work than we can do. We have a major relationship to outsource to when we get overwhelmed. Our overhead is small. We are not frontend heavy. All of our labor ( even myself and my lead) are direct labor at times. We have great workers.
