BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

Thank you for your interest in our New Part 145 MRO Offering… Consists of (2) separate FAA certificate approvals, with (3) locations approved for Part 145/MRO work, including both general aviation and commercial/airliner aviation MRO maintenance. The property is not for sale but the seller will agree to lease/rent hangar, shop, and office space to the new buyer at a fair market rate. There is also a large equipment and parts inventory that goes with this sale, and there is a team of (2) IA’s and (4) AP’s as well, that would like to keep their job “status quo.” Seller is selling to focus mainly on FBO/Hangar business and not the Part 145/MRO side. Kindly review this offering and come back with any questions you may have. Ask: $1.895m. Please contact me if interested: Dean A. Kantis | 754-234-9993 | dk@thejetnetwork.com .
