The Lottery brings in an extra $1,500 per month. There is a small smoke shop area inside the store that pays you $1,800 per month in rental income. There is a well established deli with hood paying you $2,800 per month. The gas volume averages 40,000 per month on a profit sharing basis. This gas company splits the gas profit with you and pays 65% of all the credit card fees for the gas AND convenience store sales. Your share of the gas profit averages $5,000 per month.
