For sale is the software engineering agency I have built over the past few years.
We have a solid track record of work, both full apps from scratch, or small business solutions.
I, the founder, have a good technical background, but have struggled to build a dependable lead pipeline.
If you have sales, marketing, advertising, or business development/growth experience, you'd be a great candidate to lead this company. If you can get leads, we can help plan the solution and close the deal, then execute on the work. We just struggle getting leads.

I would also consider taking on a business partner to own the responsibility of getting leads, splitting equity in the company, instead of selling it.
I am willing to remain a technical consultant for an hourly rate moving forward, including any and all training needed to get started.
