The Details:

70 Residential Accounts: Easy to clean, premium algae-free pools with 10 minute service times, no vacuuming required. (We do not carry a vacuum hose)
All but 2 clients have Automatic Pool Cleaners: The 2 that do not have in-floor cleaning systems.
Pools are service Wednesday - Friday: Typical day is 5 to 7 hours.
Minimal Driving Time: Pools located in San Marcos, CA, (North San Diego County). Less than 35 miles total per day.
Periodic Maintenance: Filter Service and Salt Cell Cleanings are done 3 times per year, at an additional charge. ($165 and $64, respectively)
No Chasing Money: 83% of clients are on auto debit payment. All clients pay up front for any equipment installed. No late payers.
Chemicals are profit, not expense: We operate on a plus chemical model which means that that service cost is a base amount and the customer pays for ALL chemicals that go in the pool. 95% of clients are also on a pro-active chemical service.
