We offer a full range of services and are the go to in one resort etc.

We do all small repairs and full renovations in one resort, many others in similar resorts in the Kona Coast. We do full renovations including painting, tile, wood refinishing, tile refinishing and new tile jobs along with just about everything else. Have stellar relationships with professionals in the plumbing, electrical, HVAC, Pool, Stucco Etc. professions and with most of the small business suppliers in Kona. This is a well established company that is set to grow to a much bigger compnay. The resort itself has been our primary source of work which then transitioned to the owners, property managers, and builders. This is a great opportunity to take over a extremely well placed company which is set to grow to at least one more full team.

Currently have 2 full time people currently along with myself who work and have a good day at it. And a couple part time guys as needed.

Also have 4 homes we property manage for which is a set income monthly. Any repairs we do for these owners are billed separately. The Resorts, Property Managers, Builders, and Owners look to us for solutions which we provide.

I am looking to spend more time with my family, take time for health, and focus on other opportunities on island and surrounding so looking to turn this opportunity over to someone who can maintain a good work ethic and professional perspective and continue to build these great relationships in Kona. Willing to work with the buyer to show all the skills on different regular work that comes up and turn over all contacts. I will not leave until everything is turned over smoothly. Also willing to owner finance up to 25% of the purchase price of the company. Also the tools and supplies are in top shape and are available for purchase as needed. This would be a cash purchase or business loan to be clear.
