The wash is located 23 minutes (18.6 miles) from downtown and Chattanooga and is less than 2 miles away from multiple boat ramps with access to Lake Chickamauga.

There is one 1099 employee who stops by the wash 1-2 times a day to empty the trash, clean the bays, refill the soap, and generally make sure the place is in working order. He can fix the most common electrical/mechanical issues but also has two certified car wash techs on call if need be. Once a week, he collects the physical coins, refills the change machine, and deposits his rest at the bank.

Hixson TN has no real other self-service car washes and the local tunnel washes don't seem to have an impact on sales. Competition
This is a great place to park some cash in the upcoming recessionary market. Consumers flock to these lower-cost car wash options both when money gets tight, or when they have a very nice car that they really want to take care of. The local tunnel washes do not seem to have an effect on sales and have been around for multiple years. Hixson is a thriving and growing town and I can't foresee that changing any time soon.
