Electrical Contractor; Automation of HVAC Controls

The company is an Electrical Contractor for new installation of commercial contractor bid projects. The company’s primary focus is installation of low voltage projects for manufacturers and distributors. The company bids the projects where they furnish labor and parts for the devices they are installing. All low voltage wiring, components, and labor are the primary services offered. Low voltage projects consist of pulling the wire to the entire installation of the controls. Some of the larger customers the company serves, are Siemens, Carrier, and ATS. The company currently has three Owners. Additionally there are three employees. All Owners work on the individual projects with the assigned employees. One Owner would like to retire upon sale of the company. The other two Owners will remain for a agreed upon time to transition. They will offer their services for up to 2 years if necessary. The company operates in a Leased Building consisting of 90% warehouse, 10% offices. Located in Industrial District, close to their local suppliers. Company has the ability to add additional projects for Fire and Security installations.
