The shop currently is located in a brick and mortar building with a lot of glass windows and sidewalks for pedestrians for additional customers who are on foot. There is parking on the street directly in front of the shop. The store also has 2 designated parking spaces reserved for the shop. Parking has never been an issue for our customers. Competition
There is only one other gift shop (technically) but their focus are their in-house t-shirts, caps and some culinary items like coffee and popcorn. Their is an outlet mall in the city but they are national and world-wide name brands. This is a University town (Texas State University) and our location is walkable from the University and close to many student apartments as well as established older neighborhoods with mixed demographics.

We are just right off the I-35 Interstate corridor providing easy access to the cities along the corridor, 15 minutes to Kyle, 30 min to Austin, TX going North.. Going South on I-35, we are just 20 minutes to New Braunfels and 45 min to San Antonio TX. We are located right off the main Historic Downtown square so we are close to all the events and the main draw to the local things to do (restaurants, shopping and bars) in the city. All along the I-35 Corridor in Central Texas is expanding and many people live or are moving within 5 miles of I-35.
