Let it Shine Cleaning specializes in creating a tailor-made cleaning schedule for every client. We service residential, commercial and vacation home clients. We start off every client with a deep cleaning and then create a custom schedule for maintenance and offer weekly, biweekly, or monthly occurrences. We also offer every client the choice of cleaning products to be used and we offer non-toxic cleaning products, that we supply. Most of our cleaning is done with Norwex silver microfiber cloths, which is chemical-free and water based. We charge by the square foot of the property and not by time because we are more concerned with a quality service rather than a quick service. We charge add-on fees for things like pets, and specialty items like window tracks.

Because it's a 100% service business, we have very few physical assets. We do offer toxic-free cleaning solutions to our clients and we are a certified Norwex reseller, so those supplies would be included with the sell. You inherit our website and all our entire digital graphics catalog (business cards, car magnets, work shirts, door hangers, etc). We have online subscriptions with Quickbooks Online for bookkeeping and Gusto for payroll. We use Connecteam for scheduling, timesheets, PTO and incentives.
Competition
The real estate market in Coeur d'Alene is booming. Many people are transplanting here from California and buying expensive homes with cash. It is also a resort town and many of the locals use their homes/vacation homes as AirBnBs. We could double our staff in the summers just to service all these homes. The area has a few big franchise cleaning companies but we are one of the few boutique cleaning companies.
Growth & Expansion
As mentioned before, the growth potential of this business is limitless. All the business that we have created came by word-of-mouth advertising. We have yet to implement any formal marketing because we have not had the staff to absorb a surge in new clients. We are currently at the moment of a growth spurt which makes it a great time to take over this company.
Support & Training
Our operations manager, who handles all of our software, does all of our payroll, designs our website and promotional graphics, does our hiring, will be available for support and training for as long as you need. He works for a modest hourly rate.
