Eastside Subway Sandwich Franchise Location - Remodeled!

This Subway has been remodeled, or what Subway calls "refreshed" and ready for the new owner to take over. The earnings expected for an Owner/Operator is $60,000/year. The current owner is absentee so there is an opportunity for an Owner/Operator to improve efficiencies and profits. We will work with you to obtain financing and Subway Corporate approval. The franchisee requirements are available on the Subway Franchise site. Here are a few highlights:

The initial franchise fee is $15,000* for each Subway Franchise location.

The royalty fee is 8% of gross sales;* the advertising fee is 4.5% of gross sales.

The Subway restaurant franchise term is 20 years.

Training classes are held throughout the year. The training centers located all around the world, with
the main training center located in Milford, CT. You will be assigned to a training center based on your
location and language preference.

All leases are corporately held and you will receive a sublease.
