Huge growth potential. I originally included lawn and snow removal with my services (have since gotten out of it). Associations LOVE having 1 service for all their routine maintenance needs. Since condominiums are predominately retired seniors or working singles, have been asked countless times if we provide services to individual units - window cleaning, light repairs, housekeeping, etc.
