Competition
Great location on the way from the NE/SE side into downtown. There are 3-4 other larger facilities in town, with some smaller ones on the edges of town. Our daycare is typically full Tuesday through Friday (based on state guidelines). Boarding would fill on holiday/big weeks prior to the pandemic, and is now getting closer to that level again.
Growth & Expansion
One could expand the number of daycare areas in the main building to up to 5 areas, thereby substantially increasing income. Additional services could be added by bringing back full grooming service, in home care, increasing product line.
