Competition
We are in a quaint beach town with a few other ice cream shops but we are the closest to the Pier (which is getting a complete makeover soon) and the cities first boutique hotel is opening in 2025 and we are the closest in walking proximity. Nobody else serves the true soft serve that we do either. Our Shakes are top choice of our guests.
Growth & Expansion
The growth opportunities are here for sure, it just needs a good owner/operator to maximize profits. With the Pier set for a renovation and expansion along with the new Margaritaville Hotel set to open in 2025 and being the closest ice cream shop we feel the growth will boom in 2025/2026. Expanding the Shop in its current space is limited but being it is an established business with good google ratings it could be moved by a future owner.
