Current business is 2 years old with 4 new boats and paying members. Insurance is set and marina lease is set. I am looking to either sell the entire business or sell half the business to a working partner. I own another boat club out of state and picked this addition up and want to find a local Buffalo area partner to work with or to sell the business to. This business model IS profitable and successful and I have proven that at my other location which is 2 years old also with 100 members and $1 million in revenue in 2024. The program is easy to replicate if you have a great customer service attitude and the right vision. Full training and full support from both the company headquarters and from me and my out of state team.
Three options to purchase:
***$50,000 for the entire business plus the cost of boats (which are financed and can be assumed)...this gets you 100% of the business and full support
***$25,000 for HALF ownership, you partner with me and you are the local GM running the day to day show while I support and help and we grow the business together. You will receive a salary plus 50% of the profits
***$10,000 down under an owner finance option, then pay the remaining $40,000 over 5 years at 10% interest rate, no prepayment penalty...must be willing to be a working owner with this option not an absentee owner
