We are in a rare niche: landscapers who perform weeding and garden maintenance for a reasonable price. We receive great referrals from local nurseries weekly. We are in an excellent location, near Birmingham and Troy, two of the most lucrative suburbs in the Detroit area, with easy access to Detroit, West Bloomfield and Macomb County. Prices could be raised, and more commercial contracts added. Lawn care, snow plowing, and expanded design/build services could be easily added, built on the regular cash flow of garden maintenance.
