Asset Sale
My goal is to sell the entire company and assets. I have a creative way for the right, Company, Person or Persons to sell thru my current inventory and pay for the entire company and assets.
That would be a consignment deal with only $5000 initial payment. I have 1983 complete systems, as shown on this web site and online at www.waterleakxsystems.com, in my current inventory valued at $2,567,985 plus an additional optional component inventory valued at $568,116. (If sold at Retail). That's over $3,000,000 when the entire inventory is sold.
How the deal would work. I would ship you a pallet of product containing 20 Compete Packaged systems retailing at $1295ea. That's $25,900 worth of product securing your $5000 cash up front initial payment. As you sell the product you pay me 50% or a minimum of $550 of each sale until you have paid me $1,250,000 at which time you own the entire company and assets. As you sell them I would continue to ship product until you have met the $1,250,000 at which time I would ship the balance of inventory plus all other assets.
The assets consist of the Inventory, FCC & CSA Authorizations, all R&D, IT, Electronic Engineering Schematics, Mold Drawings, Web site, and Display booth. Also, included are several Aluminum Cases complete with Demo Systems, plus all work product used in the development of the products.
By selling off the inventory at Retail pricing $3,139,101 can be realized, paying off the entire investment of $1,250.000 plus giving you a profit of $1,889,101 making this an unbelievably sweet deal.
Or, by selling off the inventory, at Dealer pricing, $1,822,384 can be realized and you will pay for the entire $1,250,000 investment, plus make $572,384 cash.
Inventory assets consist of packaged inventory including 1983 complete detection kits and 7,773 optional components that can be added to sale of kits separately.
