The brand launched as a family-owned restaurant in 1989 with the opening of our flagship restaurant at 1524 West 115th Street in Chicago. At our peak, we had eight stores in Chicagoland. The flagship restaurant is still as popular as ever and keeps big crowds -- even in a pandemic. Although the flagship restaurant was sold in 2018, and still does business as I-57 Rib House®, we retained ownership of all intellectual property.
