We've been in business for over 40 years in the two-way radio and wireless communications business. Our customers are state and local government, medical, university, oil and gas. We have two buildings, 14,000 and 9,000 sq ft plus adjoining parking lots, about a city block of land. We would like to sign a long-term lease for 7,000 sq ft for our call center we operate but that is optional to the buyer. There are two 180 ft towers, that we own, connecting us to our customers throughout West Texas. The business generates approximately $500,000 annually. We get approached on an annual basis from buyers interested in purchasing our towers, ATT, Verizon, T-Mobile. We have three experienced employees that work for the business. We are asking $2.5 million for the business, properties, towers and land.
