Let me preface this ad copy by telling you that I never considered myself the brightest guy in school and had no idea of what I wanted to do in life. But me being this semi-charismatic guy with big ideas, a little common sense, strong work ethic and an inventive/creative spirit paid off. Oh, and Passion.

But I’m 81 years old now with a wonderful case of arthritis. So working on these jukes is just not easy anymore. Problem is I have way too many jukeboxes and there is no way I’d be able to restore them all in my lifetime, so I’m trying to wind the business down and sell as many as I can.

What I’m offering here is around 130 jukeboxes in various conditions for $195,000 cash. I'd like to retire and enjoy my own sizable collection of jukes and vinyl records.

At the end of 2019 I had 19 sold jukes in queue. It was more than I could handle, but then COVID came along and everything changed. That's when my arthritis came out of nowhere and during this time I've been working at my own pace unable to do much at all.

But now, customers have been coming out of the woodwork and are now buying everything I've got. What I wouldn't give to be arthritis free again.

These eye catchers can definitely be impulse items in a brick and mortar yet I’ve been doing it the last 35 years working out of my home and a nearby “By Appointment Only Showroom”.

They play 78s and 45 rpm VINYL RECORDS, 33 1/3 rpm 12” VINYL ALBUMS and COMPACT DISC.

Some of these “Marvelous Music Machines” are quite simple, yet information on “How To” do things is all over the “net” including forums & manuals. You can even order parts and instructions to rebuild amplifiers, mechanisms etc. online.

This is not rocket science and if you have a semblance of “common sense” you’ll do just fine. You might find this to be a real career changer. Maybe you’re tired of working for someone else. Maybe you’d love a career or side job that you could be passionate about whether female or male.

If you’re not up for getting your hands dirty doing the electromechanical stuff, you hire someone to do it. Run an ad on social media mentioning jukeboxes and you’ll get overwhelmed with responses. If you do it in SoCal and need help, I can turn you on to folks who can work with you.

Sprucing up the cabinet can be the fun part that just about anyone can do. Actually you might be able do it in your garage. This could even be a family run operation.

This is definitely a whimsical, nearly mystical, very unique, awfully fun, simply amazing, as well as highly rewarding business. If you do what I propose, every day can be a new adventure and sometimes even a challenge, but most of all it’s a “KICK”. It’s also a labor of love and a job you’re happy to wake up to.

Nobody doesn't like jukeboxes! People tell me I have the “Coolest Business” and the “Greatest Job on the Planet” and you could too. Nearly every culture in the word loves jukeboxes because they play the International language of love and peace…. MUSIC!

These decades (53 years) have brought me so much excitement, pleasure and fun it’s hard to describe. I would love to see someone continue the legacy of restoring high quality products born of American ingenuity 1889 (over 135 years) while appreciating where it stands in our wonderful American culture.
