According to Town of Ellicott Zoning Code: #146-42 Industrial park permitted uses: A. Manufacturing facilities; B. Research and testing facilities; C. Consultation and professional services and offices which directly serve other permitted industrial uses; D. Commercial sales and services, but not to the general public; and E. Facilities for the housing of transportation services. Utility Information: BPU Electric with 2 MW of service available; BPU Water with 12" water mains/flows are approximately 2,800 gallons per minute with a static pressure of 128 psi and residual pressure of 115 psi.; and BPU Sewer with 8" sewer mains, Parkway is limited by a small pump station capable of pumping approximately 70 gallons per minute. The pumps in this station could be upgraded to increase the flow rate. Sewer going to Mason would have an increase in flow capacity as compared to the pump station. Without having a survey of the sewer on Mason, the increase capacity can't be estimated.
