This creek qualifies as the California Fish & Wildlife defined wetlands and qualifies as “waters of the state” as defined by State Water Resources Control Board. Onsite soils consist of Fallbrook sandy loam, Bonsall sandy loam, Riverwash, and Chino Silt Loam, Saline.
